I would definitely recommend this bow to anyone who only now and learn how to use a bow. Whether it's for your children or one adult who are just starting out with a bow, this is a wonderful bow. It is not a toy by any means. Definitely would require monitoring if it is for a child. I would not recommend for children under 7 or 8 It is easy to use and will give your child feel like he or she has to bow with a real bow, not just one child, because it has the appearance ofand prevent the feeling of an adult, even if the latter part made for the young and just starting out. I bought this item for a 24-year-old who is learning to archery and how you wanted to use a bow. He loves it. I am sure he will eventually want a bow that is made for adults, but since he is just starting, this is the perfect product. Again, I could not be happier with this product.
